Yes, via the flexx application or directly at reception
Can I request personalised coaching?
Yes, the rate is €85/hour, with the option of packs of 10 (€750) or 20 (€1,400).
Personalised duo or trio coaching is also available at €125 and €165 per hour respectively.
Coworking
Do I need to reserve a space or is it freely available?
There is free access without reservation or a private co-working space at €500 excluding VAT per month with a 12-month commitment.
Are there specific areas for making calls or organising meetings?
Can I invite a colleague to work in the coworking space?

How can I make an appointment with a practitioner?
Are wellness services included in my subscription or billed separately?

Do you offer an application to manage my bookings and track my subscription?
Yes, the Flexx application is easy to access and use. It allows you to book group classes and even track your progress throughout your time with us.

Swimwear, water bottles, proteins, food supplements, towels, Polar, boxing gloves, sportswear, etc.

What does your catering area offer (snacks, dishes, drinks)?
What are the opening times for the restaurant?
Can I access it without being a club member?
Yes, there's a dining room for the public and an area inside Flexx reserved for members.
Various
Do you organise one-off events or workshops (sports or well-being)?
Yes, we offer Team Building activities and soon even MasterClasses to help you achieve specific goals, such as running a marathon or practising handstand.
Can I invite a friend or family member to discover the club?
Yes, of course, you get 3 free passes when you sign up. Once you've used the 3 free passes, you'll need to pay €50 during the week or €65 at weekends to gain access to the club from time to time.
